Brendan Mulshine
Brendan Mulshine is Co-President and Chief Revenue Officer of Ryan Specialty. Brendan joined Ryan Specialty in 2012 as Executive Vice President and, in his current role, works with all of Ryan Specialty’s business units, including RT Specialty, Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers and Ryan Re. He has provided distinguished leadership over his 30-year career in law, insurance and reinsurance and, at Ryan Specialty, has demonstrated exceptional expertise and service to its clients and carrier partners.
Prior to joining Ryan Specialty, Brendan held several leadership roles with Aon, working with domestic and global insurance company clients on their reinsurance capital needs. During his 18 years at Aon, Brendan accumulated a broad range of experience working with both traditional reinsurance and capital market solutions.
Brendan is a graduate of Yale College, the University of Notre Dame Law School and Northwestern University’s J. L. Kellogg School of Management.
The Spirit of Francis Award
The Catholic Extension Society Spirit of Francis Award recognizes an individual or group who has made a significant impact on the mission of the Catholic Church in America through service or philanthropy. Spirit of Francis Award recipients are laudable for their commitment “to reach out to the margins of society” in the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi, Pope Francis, and the founder of Catholic Extension Society, Father Francis Clement Kelley.
