On a recent trip to the Diocese of Kalamazoo in Michigan, we visited a migrant farm workers' camp, where Bishop Paul J. Bradley celebrated a Mass for those that work in the local fields in Sodus, Michigan. The Diocese of Kalamazoo has the largest number of migrant camps in the country, with 415 camps that are open from early spring through the end of the fall. This Mass is part of the diocese's outreach efforts to bring the presence of the Church to those on the margins.

We were joined at the Mass by several of the women religious we support through our U.S.-Latin American Sisters Exchange program. The sisters the Hispanic Catholic community in the city of Fennville, Michigan. Scroll down to see more photos from the Mass.
