Cancellation

If you would like to cancel the automatic payments, please contact us in writing at Catholic Extension, 150 S. Wacker Dr., Chicago, IL 60606. Include in your note the type of payment (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checking, Savings) and the account number, along with your name and address. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the request for cancellation to be processed.
