To those households, businesses, rectories, Newman Centers, schools, parish centers, and so many others on whose walls hang the Catholic Extension Calendar, I have a special thank you and a small request. First, thank you for allowing us into your life every day. The stories, lives, and prayers outlined on these calendars link us all together. We are proud to play a part in your life this way.

You may not know, however, that the person or organization that sponsors your Extension calendar has made a choice when they select Extension. They do so because they, too, look to awaken the mission spirit in America. With their help, a portion of every calendar sale -- essentially "the profit" -- goes directly to support men and woman of faith in mission throughout America. None of the other "choices" with which they are presented can offer this special "bonus" to their purchase.
